of human resources management. Its content will be based on quantitative and
qualitative information and will emphasize on prospective information and the
greatest trends.
The website of the Observatory will be a place to exchange
information. Visitors will be able to consult or download publications and
studies carried out as well as:
- A regular blog signed
by the principal researchers, which will constitute at the same time an element
of animation, observing closely the latest events,
and a call for reactions.
- A collaborative platform to gather and consult
in a standardized format the results of Media Watch activities carried out
by the Observatory and its partners.
- Information briefs. Once the Observatory
project well started, information briefs could be sent to specific recipients
or could be available on the website.
- Conference reports. The Observatory
team will have the mandate to attend congresses, seminars, or conferences considered
to be important according to the priorities of each axes’ development.
- Online database of case reports.
Of course, the Observatory will need time and collaborations to get
able to serve these ambitious issues, including funding. This means that the
Observatory will appreciate the support and understanding of all of us.
