The Tools

The Observatory intends to create a website, a web portal, a media watch bulletin and a reference service.

The media watch bulletin will be summaries of various information sources. It will be published in the form of a newsletter of a few pages long. Each bulletin will tackle problematics likely to interests everyone who are interested in strategies and practices of human resources management. Its content will be based on quantitative and qualitative information and will emphasize on prospective information and the greatest trends.

The website of the Observatory will be a place to exchange information. Visitors will be able to consult or download publications and studies carried out as well as:

  1. A regular blog signed by the principal researchers, which will constitute at the same time an element of animation, observing closely the latest events, and a call for reactions.
     
  2. A collaborative platform to gather and consult in a standardized format the results of Media Watch activities carried out by the Observatory and its partners.
     
  3. Information briefs. Once the Observatory project well started, information briefs could be sent to specific recipients or could be available on the website.
     
  4. Conference reports. The Observatory team will have the mandate to attend congresses, seminars, or conferences considered to be important according to the priorities of each axes’ development.
     
  5. Online database of case reports.

Of course, the Observatory will need time and collaborations to get able to serve these ambitious issues, including funding. This means that the Observatory will appreciate the support and understanding of all of us.
